“Big Situation”

The printed music for “Big Situation” is sold as an individual transcription. “Big Situation” was recorded in 1994 on the CD Leo Kottke/Peculiaroso (Private Music, 81005-82111-2). In 1997 Kottke began performing it as part of an extended composition which also included “I Yell at Traffic” and “Room Service (at the Tahiti Motel).” This larger form was called “Bigger Situation.” He recorded “Bigger Situation” in 1998 on Leo Kottke/One Guitar, No Vocals (Private Music, 01005-82171-2), and continued performing it until around 1999. This transcription was developed from the recording Leo Kottke/One Guitar, No Vocals .
