	The printed music for "November" is sold as an individual transcription. Pino Forastiere has developed the ability to move his right hand around to manipulate tone color. With this considerable facility, he is able to shape his interpretation as he sees fit. Each performance may be different. This transcription was developed from performance and interview videotape shot in 2004 and several subsequent sessions. It was then modified to correspond as closely as possible with the original 2003 audio recording which appeared on the CD Pino Forastiere/Rag Tap Boom (S3L Group S3L003).
